Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, clients will receive a tracking number via email.
Lavish Face & Skin Spa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the client.

Luxury & Sanitary Packaging

All skincare products are packaged following sanitation and safety standards consistent with medical-grade skincare handling.
Limited-edition kits and promotional packaging are available while supplies last.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any shipping discrepancies, damage, or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to Texas sanitation laws, TDLR regulations, and medical-grade product safety standards, the following applies:

Skincare Products

All skincare product sales are FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.
This includes medical-grade skincare, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, and travel kits.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrectly fulfilled, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon review and approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued at management’s discretion.
No cash refunds will be issued.

Services, Treatments & Medical Spa Disclosures (Texas)

All services provided at Lavish Face & Skin Spa | Med Spa comply with Texas state scope of practice laws.
Certain advanced treatments are performed under medical direction as required by Texas law.
Results from treatments may vary based on individual skin condition, medical history, and adherence to post-care instructions.

Non-Refundable Services

All services, prepaid packages, memberships, and treatment plans are non-refundable.
Services are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

Contraindications & Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, and recent procedures prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information releases Lavish Face & Skin Spa | Med Spa from liability.

Gift Cards, Packages & Memberships

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Memberships and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or converted to store credit at management’s discretion.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made according to our booking policy.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or services rendered, in compliance with Texas consumer guidelines.
